I love this poem.

“Infectious Smiles” is a poem purported to be by the late, great Spike Milligan that promotes the positivity of smiling.

But was it actually penned by the comedy legend at all? There are lots of websites attributing Spike as author, but I have recently spoken to the actual author who happens to be Jez Alborough.  You can find more of Jez’s work at jezalborough.com

It’s a great gift to the world, I’m sure you’ll agree.

We could all do with smiling more, that is for sure. the science is pointing to the health benefits of feeling more positive. You can’t help feeling better when you’re smiling.

So does that lead on to the possibility that having a photoshoot is actually good for your mental health? I’d like to think so.
